Overall, we had a great time, but there were plenty of bumps along the way. We were part of a group of 8 for the cave tour thrown in with a much larger group for the bulk of the tour. We were able to grab snacks at the 5th station having no idea how long we'd have for lunch at the hotel since the whole schedule was off from the printout they gave us. At the hotel they took the entire bus load through the lobby and into a restaurant before telling the cave tour to turn back because we didn't have a pre-prepared lunch. We ran into a cafe and shoveled most of our food before our guide found us and told us our group had more time to eat than the other group. The last bump, the cave tour is run by a separate company from the first leg, and they don't communicate. Jumpsuit sizing is NOT based on height. The decent is not easy, and the guide seemed disturbed that my friend was pregnant. She was fine, but it is very slippery... Wet ice floor slippery.
