Try on an Okinawan Traditional Garment (120 min plan / Full Dressing, Photo Shoot & Stroll)
1. This full plan lets you get dressed in the costume of an Okinawan royal, starting with a 'benigata' traditional Okinawan dyed kimono tied with a sash in unique Okinawan style, and completed with a dyed outer robe. Enjoy a stroll around after getting dressed.
Participants on this plan have a full 2 hours - enough time to enjoy a stroll down Kokusai-dori (International Street) which is filled with shops, and Makishi Public Market, where local residents do their grocery shopping.
(*Costumes for men, women and children are available.)
2. Have your hair done up in the Okinawan style, put on the costume and enjoy a photo shoot of 5 to 6 poses using various props such as straw flower-adorned hats, Japanese umbrellas, folding fans and more.
(*The photo shoot will be conducted with the customer's own camera or cell phone camera.)
3. The studio is located close to Kokusai-dori (International Street), the main street in Naha, convenient for sightseeing and shopping before or after this experience.
approx. 2 hours.
